    • JDContextMenu 1.3-Add tools to the right-click menu

JDContextMenu adds some tools to the menu that appears when you right click on files or folders.

There are already many functions on the right-click context menu, but if you feel there are some essential missing abilities, give JDContextMenu a go. There are 12 features that this tiny app gives you, once installed.

You can copy the full or short name to clipboard, open the DOS command window, modify the file date-time stamp of a file, open a new folder, delete or clear a folder and much more.

The usefulness of JDContextMenu will depend on whether you want its additional functions. The clear folder tool is certainly good for use with download folders and so on, but the rest are a bit more specialized and its hard to imagine using them regularly. Another plus is that you can order the functions on the menu to suit your needs.

JDContextMenu adds 12 new functions to the context menu, but it doesn’t support 64-bit systems, and many settings changes require a system restart, which is inconvenient.
